Living Lean is an 8 week program for people who need to learn how to eat right and exercise in order to maintain health as well as lose weight. This program can be taken onsite for your employees. The classes include a variety of topics from nutritional supplements, boosting your metabolism, and deciphering food labels. The program also includes weekly food diaries along with a pre and post body composition.
