- Ear Pain
- Eye Pain
- Minor Cut
- Stomach “Bug”
How do I schedule a telehealth visit?
- Go to medstatonline.com/checkin.
- Select the Telehealth & In-Office Visits button for the urgent care clinic of your choice.
- Complete the requested information and click the “Reserve Estimated Time” button at the bottom of the page.
- Finish online registration and watch for text messages confirming the estimated time for your telehealth appointment.
NOTE: Please complete all online registration information at least 20 minutes prior to your desired appointment time.
How does it work? Do I need a special app?
No app is required. MedStat staff will complete your registration remotely. When it is time for your telehealth appointment, you will receive a text message to confirm that you are in a private area and ready for a video call. This will be followed by a text with a web link used to begin the visit. Be sure to select “accept” when prompted by your phone to activate the microphone and camera. The provider will join your link and the video chat will begin.
Are telehealth visits covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover telehealth visits. Please check your plan coverage. Alternatively, cash pay cost is $49/visit. Additional charges may apply if future testing is needed.
